Acceptable Use Policy

AI Image Editor provides AI-powered image editing and generation tools. By using the service, you agree to follow this Acceptable Use Policy. We may block requests, remove access, suspend accounts, or report violations when necessary.

Prohibited content

You may not use AI Image Editor to generate, upload, request, or distribute:

NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or pornographic content of any kind.
Requests to remove clothing, expose nudity, sexualize a person, or turn a portrait into adult content.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors. Detected attempts will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, face-swaps, or any content that impersonates a real person without their consent.
Content that depicts graphic violence, self-harm, or extreme gore.
Content that incites hatred or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Content that infringes intellectual property, trademarks, or publicity rights.
Content used for fraud, scams, harassment, doxxing, malware, or other illegal activity.

Prohibited behavior

Attempting to bypass moderation, safety filters, rate limits, payment controls, or account restrictions.
Using the service to impersonate real people, falsify evidence, or create deceptive commercial or political media.
Uploading images of people without having the necessary rights, consent, or legal authority to process them.
Using automated scripts, scraping, or abusive traffic patterns that degrade the service for other users.
Reverse engineering, reselling, sublicensing, or unlawfully exploiting the service or generated outputs in violation of applicable law.

No “uncensored” or “unfiltered” use

AI Image Editor is not marketed or sold as an “uncensored”, “unfiltered”, “no-filter”, or “NSFW” image generator. Attempts to bypass safety filters or to use the service for the prohibited content above are a violation of this policy and your account may be suspended without notice.

Content moderation

User-submitted prompts and uploaded images may be screened by automated content-policy systems before being sent to underlying AI models. Prompts that are flagged or denied will be blocked and an error will be shown to the user.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your uploads, prompts, and downstream use of generated content comply with applicable law, platform rules, contracts, and rights of others. Use of AI Image Editor does not transfer responsibility for legality or compliance to us.

AI wrapper disclosure

AI Image Editor is an independent product that provides a custom interface and additional features on top of third-party AI image models (such as Qwen and Wan). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the underlying model providers.

Reporting and enforcement

If you find content or activity that violates this policy, contact support@aimageditor.com. We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
