These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Image Editor. By accessing the website, creating an account, uploading images, purchasing credits, or generating content, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account and must keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

Service description

AI Image Editor is a web-based AI image editing product that lets users upload images, write prompts, and receive generated image outputs. Features, model availability, supported file types, pricing, credit costs, and limits may change over time.

Your content

You are responsible for the images, prompts, instructions, and other material you submit. You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to upload and process that content using the service.

Generated output

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unavailable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, licensing, or relying on them. We do not guarantee originality, exclusivity, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Payments and billing

Paid features, including credit packs and any future recurring plans we may offer, are sold and processed by Creem.io, our Merchant of Record. Charges may appear on your statement as “CREEM.IO”. By making a purchase you also agree to Creem's terms.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. AI Image Editor currently sells credit-based usage. If recurring plans are offered in the future, any cancellation instructions will be shown in the product or through the Creem customer portal.

Credits and billing records

Credit balances, generation costs, and promotional offers are defined by the pricing shown in the product at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise required by law, credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used within AI Image Editor.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate.

NSFW prohibition. The service may not be used to generate, upload, request, or distribute pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content; child sexual abuse material; non-consensual intimate imagery; deepfakes or face-swaps of real individuals without consent; or any content that violates applicable law. Violations result in immediate suspension and may be reported to authorities.

Moderation and enforcement

We may review, filter, block, remove, or refuse prompts, uploads, accounts, or outputs that violate our policies, create legal or safety risk, or threaten service integrity. We may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for serious or repeated violations.

AI wrapper and third-party models

AI Image Editor is an independent product that provides a custom interface on top of third-party AI image models (such as Qwen and Wan). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the underlying model providers. Output is generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of outputs, or compatibility with every device or browser.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Image Editor disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised version.
