Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for AI Image Editor purchases, including credit packs, and how refund requests are handled.

General rule

Because AI Image Editor provides immediate access to digital credits, model usage, and generated outputs, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used or subscription benefits have been consumed.

When refunds may be approved

Refunds may be considered in situations such as:

  • Duplicate or accidental purchase of a credit pack within the last 14 days, where credits have not been substantially consumed.
  • Service outages, billing errors, or charges that do not match the credit pack you selected.
  • Failed generations caused by a defect on our side that we are unable to fix in a timely manner.
  • Unauthorized charges that are verified by our review and payment records.

Credits already consumed for completed image generations are non-refundable.

When refunds are not available

Refunds are typically not available for dissatisfaction with subjective creative results, requests made after substantial credit usage, policy-enforcement actions, account suspensions for misuse, or issues caused by unsupported inputs or user error.

How to request a refund

Email support@aimageditor.com with the email used to purchase, the order ID (visible on your account page), and a short description of why you are requesting a refund.

Future recurring plans

If AI Image Editor offers recurring billing in the future, any renewal, cancellation, and refund rules for those plans will be disclosed in the checkout flow and applicable billing pages.

Response time

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor (Creem) and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting support may delay resolution and can result in the affected account being suspended pending investigation.

Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Creem.io, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Creem and your statement may show charges as “CREEM.IO”.
